How we work
Step 1- Obligation FREE Review and Evaluation. This is a quick overview of your current practices and provides us with the knowledge we need to streamline and personalise a service that is best for you. This usually takes between 30 minutes and an hour.
Step 2 -We now work together with you to establish a program that is going to be flexible, efficient and successful. We work to instigate your tailor made system catering to your business needs. We agree on the frequency of service you need and are comfortable with.
Step 3 - We are now working together as a team - at your site or our site or remotely.
Our Service offers:
We can do as much or as little as you require, meeting the standards that are required of you to report on your business and to fulfil your statutory obligation under the New Zealand Government.
Our service is designed to provide ongoing support to the business owner and to keep them informed of their business profitability as each month progresses.
Your program can extend from the simple opening and processing of the mail to the more specialised tasks of GST, FBT, Payroll and PAYE, bank reconciliations or cash forecasting and preparation of Profit & Loss statements and taxation returns.
Our system is such that there will always be a back up assistant ready to step in should the need arise.
You can pay an hourly rate plus GST or opt to pay a standard negotiated monthly fee depending on your budget.
Either way you are only paying for the time we are working on your accounts, which means you wont be paying PAYE, Annual Leave and other Special leave.
